Whitman County Title’s Senior Escrow Officer, Cheryl Rodeen has been with the company since 1991.Prior to that, she worked for seven years at a local law firm, learning the legal business.She co-owned Whitman County Title with now-retired Larry Kerbaugh from 1994 until 2004, when Stewart Title, now our underwriter, purchased it.A long-time member of the Whitman County Association of Realtors, Cheryl was honored with their “Affiliate of the Year” Award in 1995 and 2003 and is often involved in committees and other aspects of the association, planning and assisting.
Born in the Moscow-Pullman area and raised by local wheat farmers, Cheryl has a unique understanding of the area.She currently resides in Johnson with her husband of 21 years, Rob, and the two of them can often be found socializing in the evenings, and enjoying the greater Palouse outdoors on the weekends.
